CACI wins $114m from federal government clients

CACI International has won a $114m in previously unannounced contracts from the federal government clients in the national security and intelligence communities.

According to CACI, for these awards, the company is delivering professional services and information technology (IT) services to organizations providing national security and countering global threats.

These contracts were awarded in the second quarter of CACI's fiscal year 2009, which ended December 31, 2008. The awards include new business as well as the expansion of continuing work in CACI's core competencies of data, information, and knowledge management, and integrated security and intelligence systems.

On these contracts, CACI is providing a range of services, including financial analysis, counter-terrorism information technology support, counter-intelligence expertise, program management support, and knowledge management. CACI offerings provide critical resources in the government's ability to identify and defeat terrorist threats, said CACI.
